In the Rockstar North hands-on, interiors in Grand Theft Auto VI are part of the live world with no loading screens. Safehouses are highly interactive (doors, fridges, light switches), you can see the actual world through the windows, and leaving means physically walking outside — sometimes down several flights of stairs. Reaching a rooftop meant riding an elevator up in real time rather than teleporting to the top floor.
